Make sure the driver knows you want to get on. A quick wave will signal the driver to stop. In Victoria the bus only stops at specially marked stops. Look for the Cowichan Commuter sign. Keep in mind that the driver doesn't stop at every pick up point if there doesn't appear to be any riders waiting to board. On the way into Victoria you can get off at any regular bus stop. Just ring the dinger. The drivers are very friendly and helpful, get to know them.
